Originally from the small town of Janesville, WI, we have called Gilbert, AZ our home for nearly 15 years. We have three beautiful children, Kaia, Kali, and Kolten and a Shih-Tzu named "Woof". We are an extremely active family who are outdoors and playing whichever sport happens to be in season. Chris has been in the financial, mortgage, and real estate industries since 2005 while Jess has a wide array of medical, marketing, construction and project management experience over the past 15+ years.

We started K3 Life Transitions after seeing first hand the need for help in the long term care industry and having personally experienced loved ones aging-in-place requiring in-home skilled nursing care, moving into assisted living communities, as well as entering into memory care. We have unfortunately also experienced the after-life needs of families going through the Probate process and everything that goes along with being an Executor or Personal Representative overseeing a loved one's estate. Our experiences in these 'life transitions' and the lack of true resources available are exactly why we wanted to become a resource for families going through these times.

We have spent years learning and honing our knowledge in the senior care and probate industries, earning several impactful certifications along the way. We know that we can be everywhere for everyone which is why we have also developed a nationwide network of professionals that we call on regularly to address the needs of families depending on your needs. Our mission is to help families from feeling completely overwhelmed and lost when trying to make life altering decisions. We want to provide you with as many resources as possible, resources our families did not have.

Our experiences have led us to not only helping families going through late life transitions, but difficult transitions in all stages of life. Though we primarily focus on long term care and Probate, our experiences have led us to working extensively with families going through foreclosure, divorce, and other unfortunate life events. There is not much that we have not experienced from a real estate perspective and truly enjoy helping families solve problems they may be facing.
